Currently online shops lose their customer connection after checkout, leaving the post-purchase communication to DHL, UPS & Co — you’ve probably experienced this yourself. parcelLab solves this problem for e-retailers such as IKEA, Lidl, Puma and Nespresso.

We currently support 500+ online retailers with their customer communication post-checkout. We are growing rapidly and looking for you as a fluent German-speaking Senior Sales Manager SaaS (m/f/d) for our offices in Munich to help grow our business.

  • You work closely with the sales team and our customers.
  • You build the right solution from your understanding of customer requirements.
  • You are the interface to product development to implement new ideas.

  • Internationality: You take part in relevant trade fairs and events to represent us and our product - whether in Berlin, London, Munich or Paris.

Job requirements

To be successful:

  • You come from an eCommerce business and have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • You have a good technical understanding to get the most out of our software for our customers.
  • You are willing to take on more responsibility.
  • You are eager to independently manage the biggest brands (Enterprise) in eCommerce.
  • You can listen well and inspire others.
  • You speak very fluent German, your English is also fluent.
